Evaluation of prospective employees begins immediately following a client's request for STATCO personnel.  Individuals whose backgrounds best fit the  work and discipline requirements are  interviewed by recruiters.  After the prospective employee expresses definite interest  in the assignment and the  recruiter is satisfied that  the applicant is capable of performing the job, a reference check is conducted.
Once the applicant has been screened by a recruiter, his resume and  billing  information are  forwarded to the client.  Interviews between the client and approved applicants are scheduled. Selected applicants  are briefed on start  date, business hours and other employment  information.
