We are looking for a Recruiter to join out team in our office located in the Fremont area of Seattle,
Washington. Our atmosphere is professional casual. Position is salaried, with a base salary plus commission, and comes with a full benefits package (medical, dental, 401K). Responsibilities include receiving
and making phone calls to our clients and candidates, taking job orders, performing job searches, networking, submitting resumes, negotiating pay rates, filling out hire/termination paperwork accurately, making new hire
arrangements, and running various weekly reports. Will be responsible for occasional database maintenance. Requirements: Must have a minimum of five years recruiting experience. Experience recruiting within
the Engineering and/or IT industry required. Must be willing to perform various administrative tasks as needed. Must be outgoing, and able to work under pressure. Must be computer savvy and have experience using

We need a Dynamic and Self-motivated Business Development person. Someone that has demonstrated the ability to generate
Job Orders no matter where they go.
We need you to establish contracts with Hiring managers throughout the Western United States.
Requires 2 to 3 years experience in Technical Staffing Sales.
Must be Willing to Travel.
We are looking for someone open to travel in the Noerthwest USA as business expands
Engineering/High Tech background preferred. Knowledge of the IT industry a plus.
